Talia Gershon is a senior in the Nuclear Science & Engineering Department with interests in fission engineering, neutronics, and radiation detection. She is thrilled to support LANPH this winter by cataloguing laboratory instrumentation. Her prior research includes dark matter detection with the XENON-nT collaboration, semiconductor doping via particle accelerators with MIT Quantum Materials, and most recently, spent fuel storage design at the nuclear fission startup Aalo Atomics.
